About the role
We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to help scale our test and manufacturing teams at Copenhagen Atomics.
We are currently close to 100 people in Copenhagen Atomics covering two locations: Tårnby, Denmark & Zug, Switzerland. Your job will be to lead several of the production and test teams in Tårnby starting with ~30 employees. After proving your managerial skills, we expect to expand to more teams across the production and testing functions. Eventually we plan to grow the work force in Tårnby to 250 employees.
This is a hands-on role where you will spend 80% of your time in the workshop helping the different teams move faster and solve difficult problems and day-to-day people management.

To succeed in the role, you
- Have 5+ years of professional experience working with teams that manufacture machines, ideally responsible for a production line or a whole factory.
- You have basic skills in electrical engineering and mechanical engineering.
- You have humor and a score high on trust, honesty and truth.
- Enjoy building, automating, troubleshooting, and improving systems.
- Are curious and eager to learn. As Copenhagen Atomics grows, you will contribute to new projects and take on new areas of responsibility.
