Department:
The department for Reactor Approval is hiring a professional with 5+ years of experience managing regulatory compliance and documentation of complex systems for example from the pharmaceutical industry or the oil industry. We are in the process of writing licensing documentation for our nuclear reactor. Several thousand pages have been written already, and additional documents and additional details have to be written and processed to make sure nothing is forgotten or misrepresented.You’ll play an important role in:
- Managing a team of 15 physicists and engineers, and pushing them to write documents in the best possible way to minimize the timeline to receive approvals from authorities.
- Find ways to make document reviews to ensure consistency and easy to understand documents across all 3–4000 pages.
- Track progress and help plan in which areas we need more hands or special information. Traditional project management planning and reporting to management.
- Licensing a new nuclear technology, which is likely to alter global history forever.

- Have an understanding of complex systems and can engage with the technical experts, who have unique knowledge about each part.
- Have experience working with scrum project management.
