Join us at Copenhagen Atomics as we finish building a functioning thorium molten salt reactor.
Copenhagen Atomics is developing a new kind of nuclear reactor designed to deliver low-cost energy at global scale. We are building a company around real technology, real economics, and a manufacturing model we believe can change the energy industry.
To do that at speed, we are building a strong investment team capable of attracting and securing capital at scale.
As a company, we value curiosity, initiative, reliability, and people who take ownership rather than wait for instructions.
Department:
We are looking for a full-time Investment Manager Assistant to support our investment team in Zug, Switzerland.
You will work closely with our Investment Managers and leadership team, helping structure, organize, and drive forward the many parallel processes involved in fundraising and investor relations.
This is not a passive assistant role. You will be expected to think, act, and take responsibility. The goal is to make the investment team more effective by keeping things moving, organized, and under control.
Our main engineering and workshop environment is based in Copenhagen, where we have built a strong technical team working hands-on with reactor technology. At the same time, we are now expanding and establishing a new department in Zug. This means you would be part of a small and growing team from the beginning, with the opportunity to shape how things are done.
You’ll play an important role in:
- Supporting the investment team in day-to-day fundraising and investor-related activities
- Keeping track of investor pipelines, conversations, and follow-ups
- Preparing and organizing materials for investor meetings and communication
- Coordinating meetings, calls, schedules, and internal alignment
- Following up on ongoing discussions to make sure processes keep moving
- Structuring information and maintaining overview across many parallel interactions
- Assisting in research and preparation related to potential investors and opportunities
- Helping ensure that communication is clear, timely, and well-prepared
To succeed in the role, you:
- Are highly reliable, structured, and detail-oriented
- Take ownership and do not wait to be told what to do
- Are comfortable handling many parallel tasks without losing overview
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Are proactive and good at following things through to completion
- Have strong organizational skills and good judgment
- Are interested in business, finance, or investment (formal background is not required, but interest and understanding matter)
- Prefer working in a fast-moving environment rather than a highly structured corporate setup
- Are motivated by being part of something being built, not just maintaining something existing
Additional information & Next Step:
This role is based in Zug, Switzerland, where we are building a new department from the ground up. You will be part of a small team working closely together, with real responsibility from the beginning.
There will also be opportunities to visit our main facility in Copenhagen to better understand the company, the technology, and the people behind it.
