As our HA(jur.) student assistant you will join a highly ambitious Commercial department, who works with everything from communication, funding, finance, sales and recruitment. We want to foster a culture where initiative, a self-driven attitude and hard work are valued and appreciated.
Yet, legal documents and other commercial documents are the primary responsibility in this position, the commercial department handles various tasks, and one is therefore expected to be open to various responsibilities, and help where it is most needed.
You’ll play an important role in:
- Reading and drafting basic legal and commercial documents.
- Give inputs and advice on basic legal and business issues.
- Maintain and improve the professionalism of the commercial department.
To succeed in the role, you:
- Are ideally studying HA(jur.) at CBS on Bachelor level
- Bring an open mindset and are willing to add value outside of your expertise area
- Want to be part of a fast-paced environment, ideally you have experience with start-up companies.
