Join us at Copenhagen Atomics as we finish building a functioning thorium molten salt reactor.

Copenhagen Atomics is developing a new kind of nuclear reactor designed to deliver low-cost, abundant energy at global scale. We believe in showing real hardware, real numbers, and real progress.

As a company, we value curiosity, flexibility, initiative, and people who can turn ideas into execution without waiting around for permission.

Department:

We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our new and growing office in Zug, Switzerland.

Our main engineering and workshop activities are based in Copenhagen, where we have built a strong team of engineers, technicians, and specialists working hands-on with reactor technology. At the same time, we are now expanding and establishing a new department in Zug. This means you would not only join Copenhagen Atomics, but also be among the early people shaping something new.

Your role will be to shape, elevate, and consistently express our brand as we engage reactor customers and investors globally. You will translate complex technology into a clear, compelling, and differentiated brand narrative that builds trust, drives awareness, and supports commercial growth.

Working across internal teams and external partners, you will ensure that everything we communicate — from high-level messaging to individual content pieces — reflects a coherent, premium, and globally consistent brand. A strong understanding of AI-enabled content production and scaling is essential.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • Defining and evolving the brand strategy, positioning, and messaging across global energy markets.
  • Leading the development of integrated brand and content initiatives focusing on becoming the world’s largest energy company.
  • Ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints (web, social, presentations, investor material, events, video).
  • Translating complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and brand-aligned communication.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end content lifecycle, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Partnering closely with technical teams to ensure accuracy without compromising clarity or brand integrity.
  • Monitoring and optimizing brand performance, visibility, and engagement metrics.
  • Contributing to the development of a distinct visual and verbal identity for a deep-tech company.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • Bring 5–10 years of experience in brand management, ideally from a global or premium brand environment.
  • Have a strong track record of building coherent, high-quality brand expressions across channels and markets.
  • Demonstrate strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
  • Are able to translate complex or technical topics into clear, differentiated, and engaging narratives.
  • Have excellent judgment for tone, aesthetics, structure, and storytelling.
  • Understand how brand, content, and messaging support commercial objectives and stakeholder trust.
  • Are motivated by the opportunity to build and scale the brand of a serious deep-tech company.

Additional information & Next Step:

This role is based in Zug, Switzerland, in our newly developing department. You will be part of a small team there, with the opportunity to help shape the way the department grows from the beginning. There will also be opportunities to visit our main facility in Copenhagen and see where the hardware is built and tested.

Copenhagen Atomics is an international company developing a new generation of nuclear technology designed to be low-cost, scalable, and manufacturable.
