As a growth company we are looking for two candidates with experience in design and simulation of electromagnetic bearings also referred to as active magnetic bearings. You will be part of our pump team that designs and manufactures high temperature canned motor pumps. Copenhagen Atomics is the global leader in molten salt pumps above 600C. These pumps are among other things used in thorium molten salt reactors, which is one of the most promising technologies to enable the green energy transition. Copenhagen Atomics is also active in developing and manufacturing our own thorium molten salt reactor.

We hope you have experience with pump design, manufacturing, and modeling. Preferably you also have experience in material properties, making 3D CAD drawings and ordering mechanical parts from suppliers. You enjoy working in close collaboration with engineers and technicians.
